Pros
It was nice to work for a very large company but in time that was used against you. They could bring in new people and pay them less and let go the people that had been there for years because they had climbed the payscale.
Cons
To much change within management and favoritism basically ruled the company. Employee's that work at IU today or either there because they are related to upper management or close friends of upper management.
