      Good pay and PTO policy.

      Cons

      Very political environment. Your level of advancement is largely determined by who you know and not the quality of your work. Not much work life balance for non-clinical employees. Required to get their health insurance plan which is very expensive.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
