      There are lots of Clarian faciltiies out there so not all of 1 facility is the same. Opportunities for growth within networks and regions are high.

      Cons

      Working with schedules that are sometimes not fairly distributed Working in an environment where team players may spell with an I. This is all individually based and cannot even be generalized to the company as a whole.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
