Pros
Clarian is the largest health care provider in the state of Indiana. With its size, comes job stability and opportunities for growth. Clarian provides a competitive benefits package and provides both an annual wage increase and a small bonus based on the performance of the company. The corporate culture of Clarian seems to be positive in general. There are constant reminders of what the vision of Clarian is and what the expectations of senior management are. While there are always bad apples, overall my experience has been that people at Clarian are friendly and care about the work they are doing.
Cons
Sometimes it seems like you can get lost in the system. There are so many people it is hard to be rewarded for individual performance. While you will get ahead by working hard, you will not get as far as fast as you would with other companies.
