      Excellent benefits and premiums, if you make less than $30k per year, no deductible and greatly reduced premium for medical insurance. Good accrual of PTO time.

      Cons

      So large that it's hard to make a personal connection. Sometimes advancement can be limited.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
