      Hospital location is convenient to my home.

      Benefits are a joke, management micromanages, no autonomy, no room for growth, very political and hateful environment

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
