Great people at the biggest healthcare system in the state. An amazing place to learn and lots of opportunities to grow. Pay and benefits are very fair.
Cons
IU Health is distracted by the notion of building/ forcing a company brand on its own employees to the point of ignoring core functions like providing quality care, managing finances, and adequately staffing that care.
