Pros
Coworkers are good with teamwork. Equipment is rarely broken and broken equipment gets replaced quickly.
Cons
No support from leadership. Always at max ratios with charge nurses having patients too. Only “sheep” get promoted. Leadership creates committees for everything instead of just making decisions on their own. Barely any market raises and no performance raises since Covid.
