In the recent times company has deferred all appraisals and have delayed it for more than 6 months. And the company's president and CEO defend this by saying other companies are laying off and we're just doing cost cutting but they don't know the fact that other companies pay at least 2 to 3 times more than this organisation. 3. Very very low pay for freshers and those who haven't switched their jobs time to time. Many employees here are earning less than a daily wage worker just in the name of corporate job.
