Pros
- If the Client is good then you will be able to run the show - Fetch maximum salary when you join otherwise literally very less or no hikes to your salary - If you can really work hard, on multiple projects and few internal projects with supportive micromanagement from your manager. then congrats, you will get 3000 Rs award in R&R.
Cons
- Work life balance is very bad as they ask you to do extra internal projects and the managers push that like anything. - Too much politics within AI or Data teams - Favoritism at its peak - If your client closes the project, then you have to go with any project that is available regardless of your skills - Postponed and Denied appraisals even if the company is in good growth with profit - Middle managers are toxic as hell and do micromanage especially in Data and AI teams.
