      Pays on time. Supports employees in every possible manner. Values employee satisfaction. Follows nice ethics which lacks in most consulting companies.

      Cons

      Absolutely no room for career development. Middle management is a little disorganized lately.

      Pros

      on boarding was with indotronix was seamless and the reps were very up front and helpful in getting me and my resume to the employer and getting me in the door.

      Cons

      The disconnect between client and employee seems very robotic and when a problem arises it it pretty slow communication.
