Not Good, Not Bad - Logistics Coordinator Infiltrator Water Technologies Employee Review

Really good, fun people to work with. Many with long tenure, but also a lot of new people due to recent growth. Stable, fair, and growing company with good benefits. There is a lot of collaboration with other locations around the country, so even though this location is relatively small, it’s a very large company and some positions work daily with staff in other locations via Teams. Each location manufacturers specialized products. The Walker location is one with the most growth potential. Company was formally Delta Treatment Sytems what but was purchased by Infiltrator in 2018. Infiltrator is owned by Advanced Drainage Systems. Executive team are in KY and CT offices but are accessible and down to earth. Company places value on individual employee education and growth.

Company runs very lean, so when not fully staffed (open positions, PTO, etc.), this puts too much strain on existing employees.

Pay is ok, could be better for the area DEI company, not necessarily the best employee in the best position because of this practice.
