Cons
Lack of vertical movement in career advancement. Short of opportunities for seasoned professionals. Managers/directors still manages with old school mentality; "Do your job and be content with all that is offered to you, no need to worry about advancements". Slow decision making processes and is driven primarily by politics and who you work with.
