Pros
Company tends to play it (sometimes overly) safe when it comes to innovation and process change. I list this as a pro- though... Company seems to know where it is going and the path to get there, making small measurable progressive steps to target and not getting distracted by quick wins. Very stable. No BIG wins - but no BIG losses either. Not easily distracted by butterflies. New CFO for IFAM positive improvement.
Cons
Can seem to be a bit bureaucratic and over-engineered at times, but I would say typical of any large business. Can be seen as resistant to change.
