Pros
They pay well, but they are very inefficient within their accounting department. There is not enough to do generally and you will have to find things to do.
Cons
The accounting functions have been outsourced and there are just a small skeleton crew working to link up with the accounting department in Portugal. The time difference can be a nightmare to get things finished.
