Pros
None- Some people say it's good as steady paycheck if you don't mind working for people who don't really care about output or quality. Sub par holiday and sick days for US employees and pay is average but german employees have nice pay, vacation and opportunities.
Cons
Very political, if your leader is your friend your golden, otherwise you will be sidelined regardless of your experience. HR is non-existent if you are in the US. Males have preferred treatment regardless of PR hype.
