Highly professional company that concentrates on human asset. Lots of opportunities to grow and develop. High impact on product

Cons

Management level is still very young and sometime immature. Benefits and salary are good but not as competitive as in Tel Aviv

Seasoned management that does not micro manage and gives you a lot of rope. Flexible to remote work. Decent benefits. Not a lot of meetings and/or bureaucracy.

Cons

Tough to penetrate new accounts in this market and very focused on the high end. Limited channel distribution.
