Pros

Good technology Professional QA and Support teams which help the engineering a lot Room for promotions and gaining management experience

Cons

Stock options plan is not that good. It doesn't seem like an IPO is coming soon even though they keep promise that it is in the near future

Pros

Seasoned management that does not micro manage and gives you a lot of rope. Flexible to remote work. Decent benefits. Not a lot of meetings and/or bureaucracy.

Cons

Tough to penetrate new accounts in this market and very focused on the high end. Limited channel distribution.
