Pros

Nice people to work with. located in Herzliya in a great area, easy to arrive by bus or train. large Cibus 1200 ILS per month, young environment.

Cons

Many things are changed in this company in the past years, and not in a good way. all of the management has been replaced. not sure what be the company's future.

Pros

Seasoned management that does not micro manage and gives you a lot of rope. Flexible to remote work. Decent benefits. Not a lot of meetings and/or bureaucracy.

Cons

Tough to penetrate new accounts in this market and very focused on the high end. Limited channel distribution.
