Pros

Smart people. Great products. Lots of challenges that push you to be better and figure out how to solve problems. It’s satisfying when you make progress bc progress is not easy. This company has massive potential.

Cons

Lots of problems. Lack of processes and the processes that exist are convoluted. Too many applications. Way too much red tape. Takes too long to make changes that are obvious to most.

Pros

Seasoned management that does not micro manage and gives you a lot of rope. Flexible to remote work. Decent benefits. Not a lot of meetings and/or bureaucracy.

Cons

Tough to penetrate new accounts in this market and very focused on the high end. Limited channel distribution.
