Pros

Hardworking coworkers. Wicked smart boss. Wore many hats, so there was always something new to learn.

Cons

CEO (no longer the CEO) believed that marketing was a waste of money and that the product was so fantastic it should sell itself. Before, during, and for some time after it was "Infinidat who?"

Pros

Seasoned management that does not micro manage and gives you a lot of rope. Flexible to remote work. Decent benefits. Not a lot of meetings and/or bureaucracy.

Cons

Tough to penetrate new accounts in this market and very focused on the high end. Limited channel distribution.
