Hiring at lucrative CTC, nothing else!

1) poor or damn poor management 2) senior management is total waste 3) no work life balance, meetings are organised 5 min prior most of the time, they folks can wake you up at 11 pm or 2 am even 4) once hired , they keep searching for a cheaper alternative and once found, you will be fired saying your performance is bad 5) food canteen on room top is like a jailhouse . Even tihar jail might provides better food. ( no free food ) 6) you are asked to carry your laptop even on holidays, weekends, leaves. 7) senior level people are too childish, talking behind the back, complaining as if you have snatched a candy from a toddler. 8) during my tenure, many folks resigned due to such creepy management policies 9) better become a pani poori vendor than joining this horrible place.
