Pros

Pros????? are you kidding me?

Cons

mgmt is perennial liars, huge frauds, big cheatosr. 2 fraud directors worship him like a diety. Indians who hate exploitation have no place in infinite. mgt is the kings of exploitation. mgmt will give mountain load of promises and offers before exploitation. mgmt is born frauds. Treat employees like slaves in ancient times. they tell only lies and lures Indians to join his criminal enterprise by offering Green card. But learn from the experience of countless victims. You will get GC only after working at a very low salary for 12-15 years, tolerating abuse during the period when you don’t a project, mental persecution etc.. if you resist, or complain, you will be send back to india. This company is hell on earth. mgmt has Never ending greed for money. mgmt is LIAR KINGs. mgmt is the king of kings of LIARS. Don’t get fooled by their lectures. Google, Face Book etc. gives employees free food, infinite gives free lectures – that too in truck load to keep them motivated to work long long infinite hours at small pay. In terms of character, ethics, values, principles, company is very bad. Before exploiting an employees, they will tell you “we will file your papers (for GC)”. 30 minutes lecture will follow. This is a trick to persuade employees to work long hours at poor pay. We are so sick and tired of them trying to sell old lectures in new bottle. After all the stories, they will get benefit (thru exploitation of poor Indians) and you will get lectures. Don’t get fooled by their lies. they call employees idiots all the time. president uses lot derogatory and vulgar words especially about women. not suitable for president of a US based co. Employee moral is rock bottom. High employee turnover. Most employees last few months. Some employees quit in few days. Poor internal controls, toxic work environment, chaotic and messy office environment, bitterness and discontent because of poor treatment & abuse lower pay ; severe cash shortage, office politics, a lot of sub par culture, bullying by senior staff. mgmt always say they don’t have money. truth is that they take home few millions after all deductions, starting from year 2oo2. . . Don’t let your American dream ruin you. Sub par company. 3rd grade management. they write positive reviews about them selves. h1b deposit is non refundable. no increment ever!!! very old technology. so if you dont get h1b, total waste of time & money. they will force you to use your personal resources for company usage "in return for GC". but you will never see manifestation of promises.

Pros

I worked for Infinite for 2 ½ years as their Sales Executive in the U.S. Office. In those 2 ½ years I learned many skills which I think will advance me in my career. While my title was Sales Executive, I was essentially a jack-of-all trades. I wrote proposals in response to public and private RFP’s, ran Infinite’s Social Media accounts, headed the Fun Committee (in-office potlucks, birthday/anniversary announcements), assisted in their Marketing efforts and dabbled as an assistant to the President and the HR Office from time to time. The company is pretty flexible when it comes to your schedule, as long as you’re reasonable with your requests.

Cons

Titles mean nothing at Infinite. I was the Sales Executive, yet did very little in sales at all. There was no training and very little structure. The entire 2 ½ years I was learning as I went and finding things to do on my own, rather than waiting for instructions. There are never performance reviews to go over your work to assist you in improving, and if you want a raise, you have to fight hard for it (harder than you normally have to for any other company, anyway).
