Pros
Clean and professional atmosphere to work in,They love to feed you,I believe they have good intentions, very patient with new employees"sales person's" comfortable place to work overall everyone has positive attitude. I do see room for advancement, everyone is friendly,if you can get past the first few weeks i see the potential to make an excellent living working only five days a week that's 40hr week, they also do something i never heard of which is great, they give you a 20% bonus just for coming to work on time!! for example you make $2000.00 for 2 week period you will get an additional $400.00 bonus just for not being late!! and they also offer extra money for extra days worked when asked and they have sales contest where you can win or earn big bonuses too!!
Cons
The training you receive before you are on the floor, does not prepare you for the actual on hand demands of the job, some coaches are very young men with overload of testosterone that want to muscle customers into signing on,not real sales professionals, they do not want to sell like real sales pros do,asking questions, finding out what the customer really wants, and how to fulfill their needs, sure they talk about building value but disguise it with putting your commission first before the customers needs.and folks when the customer realizes that ,your are toast but they advocate that behavior.overall they sell with to aggression and think this is the way to sell this, there are some good coaches,a little bit older and more mature that know how to talk to people but if you get one of these hot heads they will sink your deal fast.
