While most agents earn much more due to ISG’s uncapped commissions, new Sales Agents will now earn a minimum of $17.50 per hour. Additionally, as tenure increases, the hourly guarantee does as well up to $25 per hour! ISG also rewards employees with regular contests, giveaways, extra-time bonuses, and more!
