There are some really, really good people working here and exciting work is getting done. Benefits are good -- unlimited PTO, fully funded health insurance -- but it is hard to actually take the PTO

Cons

Senior leadership isn't communicating path forward clearly. Focus seems very external so internal day to day challenges aren't getting resolved. There's definitely a culture of 'who worked the longest hours', 'work life integration' instead of balance.
