Kind people all working towards building the future of quantum. The culture is very positive and innovation focused. The startup environment allows for motivated people to move the ball forward even at entry level positions. PHENOMENAL Benefits, best I've ever had personally.

Cons

The ability to stay current and up to date with the industry is imperative. This makes for an exciting workplace for those who are a good fit but may not be desirable for some.

Great place to work with an excellent, supportive team. I've had lots of opportunities to learn new skills and grow professionally.

Cons

Split between two offices at the moment (at least in Boulder), so occasional driving back and forth depending on what role you have.
