1) Opportunity to work on cutting edge technology (e.g. Quantum Computing and other quantum tech). 2) Very smart intelligent capable people all around to learn from 3) Stock options are reasonable 4) Career opportunities and greenfield development 5) Life work balance is available

Cons

infrastructure (facilities, hiring, IT) is understaffed and behind basic needs. Hence spending too much time on building company infrastructure and overhead tasks instead of focusing on moving technology forward. Product development and engineering culture in some areas is decades behind.

Great place to work with an excellent, supportive team. I've had lots of opportunities to learn new skills and grow professionally.

Cons

Split between two offices at the moment (at least in Boulder), so occasional driving back and forth depending on what role you have.
