Pros

ColdQuanta provides flexible schedules and free snacks and coffee. Free medical for full time employees but not for family members.

Cons

Elistis attitudes - as in the higher your degree the more valued you are unrelated to your actual skills and abilities, company cliques, no transparency with what the amount of stock options you are given are worth. You are asked to do more than your job description with no compensation or recognition.

Great place to work with an excellent, supportive team. I've had lots of opportunities to learn new skills and grow professionally.

Cons

Split between two offices at the moment (at least in Boulder), so occasional driving back and forth depending on what role you have.
