Overall amazing place to work. All of the technical staff is interested in the work and there is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow here. Management listens, and legitimately wants to make sure engineers and physicists have the tools they need to be successful.
Cons
Fast growth in the past year has meant some disorganization, but honestly this is better than a rigid corporate structure. You need to be able to write your own job description. Some may find this frustrating but for others it does lend a lot of freedom
