Pros

Positive and collaborative work environment, committed colleagues, strong sense of teamwork. CEO is very approachable and transparent. Ambitious goals and exciting mission. Low politics which I like.

Cons

on boarding could have been better, I figured out a lot on my own but it wasn't hard and everyone helped. Typical growing pains on communications but its getting better

Great place to work with an excellent, supportive team. I've had lots of opportunities to learn new skills and grow professionally.

Cons

Split between two offices at the moment (at least in Boulder), so occasional driving back and forth depending on what role you have.
