Pros

Startup environment, Flexible schedule, unlimited leave, friendly peers

Cons

Pay was disappointing, management was deceptive, next to no upward mobility, unrealistic expectations communicated by the sales team to new clients, not compensated monetarily for getting existing clients to add additional services - sales team got the commission even if they were in no way part of the selling process for a specific service.

Thank you for posting a review. We regret to hear your experience as an employee wasn't positive. We are especially disappointed to hear you felt management was deceptive, as we pride ourselves on being honest and transparent with our employees, within the reasonable boundaries of others' privacy and safety. While there are some cons to having a geographically dispersed workforce, overall we believe it adds to the fabric of our culture and provides a unique advantage in recruiting the most talented professionals in our business, regardless of the city they call home! For this reason, we have and continue to invest in new technology that makes it easier for our workers to collaborate and engage across locations. In addition, we are investing in a new learning management system that will make it much easier for employees to receive more regular and consistent training on all products throughout the company. We realize we have many challenges, like most start-up environments. We also believe the flexibility, perks, and opportunities we offer to do cutting edge, exciting and meaningful work with a great group of talented, passionate employees far outweigh any of the cons that we are continually working to improve.

flexible vacations and time off Pretty decent benefits Great employees excluding upper management

Cons

Company had a great vision last year and was finally on track to do well! This past year, not so much....there was an reorganization of the Services team that was decided by some folks in upper management which hasn't been working out. Really bad morale especially when they flag you as being unproductive for working 40 hours/week; expectation is to work at least 50 hours/week. No wonder so many are under water with their accounts. If you criticize or complain at all, you are viewed weak and toxic to the team! Leadership has no empathy for those working their butts off! You are told everyone is dispensable and that they have resumes stacked a mile long to replace you! The internal communication is poor! No transparency between departments and you scramble to figure out who to ask what for any information! The leadership, especially the COO comes up with these grandiose ideas, expects people beneath him to execute but he never follows thru! It's like watching a clutch of chickens running around with their heads cut off all the while he's patting HIMSELF on the back! Great people are leaving that ARE hard to replace and believe this is just the start of a domino effect!
