Pros

IMC offers a competitive salary within the Harrisburg, PA area but the benefits available are really good with PTO (vacation and sick), decent health insurance, great dental insurance (free as of 11/2017) and inexpensive vision insurance. Limited contact with office/company personnel but those you interact with are very helpful.

Cons

Limited areas where they have contracts so it is very difficult to move around.

- flexible, work from home - great benefits package with fully paid health insurance for the employee and reimbursed education/learning

Cons

- low pay rates as they are dependent upon sub-contractor rates from the main contractor's contract with the PA state
