Pros
Easy to have a work/life balance. Hours are typically good because of laws regarding when solicitation can happen. Variety of work to keep you on your toes.
Cons
There was a serious problem with transparency when I worked there, even when it would influence the lives of the communicators. As the supervisors of groups of people I was blatantly told to keep information from them until last minute. I’ve had whole centers close and move from one city to another and get told by VPs of the company not to tell the employees until the week before, when we knew over a month in advance.
