Inconsiderate, exploitative pay, and lack of proper training - Inbound Call Agent InfoCision Employee Review

This company does not train sufficiently and uses you as bait for angry clients because Cox is a scamming business. They do not provide assistance with difficult calls and the communication is terrible. Also their database is constantly down and problematic. For 9 dollars an hour it's practically exploitation.
