Reasons I don't recommend: 1. Their system in place is using an extinct YES extinct browser that is no longer supporting any further security updates. 🤣- Check for yourself; PC Gamer reported this alongside Cnet and many others. 2. The staff is far from professional in any fashion. The fact they force you to sound sarcastic during phone calls is bad business. The reason you don't snag donations is due to the fact how their script is worded. It sounds too scripted, No wonder their trainers so to speak could only get a job with this company and nothing MAJOR. 3. They listen to everything you do and say only to have nothing but harsh things to say no matter what you do, But, Remember, It's their script. So let's see who the bad side really belongs to. 4. They blame their dated flawed system's slowing and hanging on the user's PC. Yet, here I am with 200MB internet, i7 10700 CPU, 16GB ram, and a pure m.2 SSD system with ZERO issues here. - Oh yeah, The moron listening to me had no idea what DPI was. 5. Despite the fact that you're still supposed to get a donation when the people who the systems calls get sassy with you, and you're still supposed to stay on the line when they're about to hang up, and anyone would know that they sure aren't going to donate. 6. The sad thing is that you are contacting elderly people practically begging them for donations, and most of them even say they are on social security and they don't have the money, but yet you still have to try to get something out of them. 7. People have a hard time hearing you, they say that you're cutting out, YET the company says you're the one who is having audio issues, and I know for a fact it's not me, I was using a Beyerdynamic mmx 300 when I first started taking calls, which is an excellent headset. I also switched to a cheap USB headset like I saw most using, but yet they said "When a customer can't hear you, you need to report the problem", so the problem wasn't me, it's their extremely slow outdated system that is causing the audio issues, but they just can't comprehend that. I actually feel bad for all the communicators that work for this company. You seriously have to be a masochist to work here.
