Pros
Infobip is a global company with a start-up mindset and a young spirit. In Infobip offices, especially in HQ campuses in Croatia, there is a positive energy, people is friendly and willing to collaborate and help each for the company excellence. Company structure is very horizontal and the environment is very much easy-going and open-minded, with a great mix of cultures worldwide. Co-board has a global vision, high ambitions and the necessary humbleness to perform well on the long-term, so outlook seems positive for the future. Numbers of the company are overall very positive. Infobip has grown up very fast in the past 10 years and it now a stable and recognized global leader in its core market. Salary, bonuses and benefits are quite generous and adequate to the market. Work policy is very flexible, with extensive usage of home-office/smart-working, especially outside of HQ.
Cons
Mid-management quality is not always excellent and managers are very much concentrated on company HQ region (Balkan area). Careers opportunities outside of HQ are quite limited. Workload is generally high, but company flexibility usually allows to handle it overall.
