      Pros

      The company is grew fast and had some problems which are now solved. The management and middle management is doing everything to have a productive and friendly environment. There is still room to leave your mark and advance fast in your career. We are doing very interesting and advanced stuff through even more advanced work methodologies.

      Cons

      Still has a startup spirit which can be stressful for people who like structured and formal environment.

      Thank you for your review. The company has indeed had (and still has) fast growth, and it is both challenging and motivating to keep up with such growth. We hope to keep our start up culture while having clarity and structure for our employees. A lot of effort was invested in creating such productive environment. We should always try to get better at what we are doing and we will continue to work on having a balance between our start up culture and structure.       Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

      Cons

      Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
