Infobip is a good company, but I will not recommend to anyone due to following major reasons that will affect not just the employee, but the company future. 1. Race discrimination: There is major discrimination in the company, Yes. You heard it right. This is a company started from Croatia, all of the high level manager ( the one with real privilege and power) they are offer to only Croatian and other with the same race or language. Salary discrimination too amount different race. 2. Sexism : Yes, you heard it right again. There are no sexual harassment ( I never heard of anyone who is a victim), but there is gender discrimination on how different gender will be treated differently. 3. Salary and benefit: They paid very low and unfair salary. The only benefit I can think of it's 20 days annual leave. I cannot think of other benefit. that sucks 4. KPI Bonus: Lack of clear and fair KPI. The bonus is always late and unclear 5. Micro-management 6. No career opportunities. Does not matter if you work for this company for 6-7 years. You have no power and no right to make any single decision unless your race and color is right.
