      Pros

      I have been working with Infobip for longer than a year now but I would not recommend.

      Cons

      The middle management is completely toxic and inexperienced.Am talking about Regional Managers and Sales Team leaders. What happens is they send fellow croatians to every country the operate in to lead. In Africa as has happened in Canada and else where I have seen 70% of the staff leave. Let me give an example .Promotion is based on the colour of your skin and the country you come from. If you are white croatian you have a very good chance in the company if you shut up and smile and tow the line. Otherwise if you are especially not white or from Croatia you are better off somewhere else.

      Pros

      Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

      Cons

      Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
