Agile company at the forefront of innovative business communication. You will constantly be learning about the latest trends and technology within the industry.

Cons

1. Abysmal compensation package compared to market average of a leading SaaS/CPaaS company 2. Not clear what the companies values are and no real "culture"

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel we have no values or company culture. On the contrary we are proud of the culture we have built and for giving everyone a chance to learn, to make mistakes, to try new things, and to grow on a professional level. We invest a lot into our employees and we are proud of the dedication, passion, motivation and hard work that is displayed in every step of the way. As for the compensation we are in the process of implementing changes in the compensation and benefits system for our current and future employees.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your positive remark on our our company culture. We are proud of the inclusive, diverse, collaborative environment that we have built and continue to nurture across all the regions and countries we work in. In terms of your feedback on remote work, flexibility is a key part of our approach and we have several types of work models designed to meet both employees and business needs, while keeping productivity and efficiency on a high level and getting the work done. Thanks again for being part of Infobip and for helping us grow stronger together.

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
