Pros
Since the time i come here it is going through many changes and ups and downs and it is good and frustrting both. good as they know what to do before it is late and it is at times frustrting for us we have to change and it also hit the bonus. Bonus is good and my team in the region made very good incentive in the last and last year both. Infobip has the best product in the market and some of my clients value it. Salary is also coming on time everymonth and good number of leaves are also there. I have also got self phone from the company. some people try to disturb it from outside but it is ok managment is taking care of it. My manger is very good and guides me and i can ask any question to him.
Cons
Mangement is taking decision slowly and would have taken some rough decisions long time before but i am happy that they did the right decision. Now people like me who were ignored are also given value and care by the chapter leads. Also I am doing so many paper work.
