Pros

Croatia management is decent but India management is pulling them down

Cons

the India management team at Infobip is struggling with issues like internal politics, a lack of transparency, and fairness. Employees often feel undervalued and disrespected, and there seems to be insufficient focus on both employee well-being and customer satisfaction. These are critical areas that require immediate attention to foster a healthier work culture and improve overall organizational performance.

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
