Pros

Culture of Caring: You know how some companies say they care, but it’s just a poster in the break room? Not here. The “No Jerks” core value isn’t just a slogan—it’s lived. People are kind, collaborative, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. It’s refreshing, like finding out your coffee machine also makes espresso. Hybrid Work Friendly: Management gets it. Life happens. Whether you're remote, hybrid, or somewhere in between, there's flexibility and trust. Discretionary PTO: In theory, it’s a dream. Take time when you need it, no accrual spreadsheets. In practice? It works well for most, especially if you’re good at setting boundaries. Just don’t forget to actually use it. Ideas Welcome: Got a new way to solve a problem? A wild idea that might just work? Speak up. Leadership listens.

Cons

Growing Pains: The company’s scaling fast, which is exciting—but also means: Sometimes you’re wearing three hats and juggling flaming swords. Resources don’t always grow at the same pace as expectations. Workload Fluctuations: There are seasons where the hours stretch longer than expected. It’s not constant, but when it hits, it hits. Bring snacks.

Thank you for the review and for calling out how our “No Jerks” value shows up in daily behavior. We are glad the culture of care, hybrid flexibility, and openness to ideas are supporting your work as a Director. It is great to hear discretionary PTO is working in practice when paired with clear boundaries. We hear your notes on growth, resource alignment, and workload swings. Scaling should come with clear priorities, the right support, and space for people to recharge. Please continue to share specific suggestions with your manager so we can keep improving how we plan, staff, and model healthy time off. We appreciate your perspective and your impact.

Pros

Great strategy and direction. Compensation is competitive. My experience with the executive team has been great. Most the people I work with are intelligent and amazing making it a solid work culture.

Cons

Things can be bureaucratic at times and some of the processes (and people involved) are a bit excessive for the size of the company.

Pros

Strong organization from top to bottom. The culture is a real differentiator, with collaboration clearly expected, encouraged, and supported across the business. Teams communicate well across functions, and leadership is transparent about priorities and direction. The company’s values show up in day-to-day decisions, not only in formal messaging. There is also a strong openness to new ideas and a supportive infrastructure that helps people do good work.

Cons

The company is very AI-driven, which can be a strength, but at times it feels pushed into too many processes whether or not it truly improves the work. There is a risk of moving so quickly toward AI-assisted creation that we lose some of the thinking, context, and craft behind the final output. Vibe coding and AI-enabled workflows can be helpful for speed, but when something needs to be adjusted later, the “why” behind earlier decisions is not always clear. A more balanced approach would help ensure AI supports the creative and problem-solving process rather than replacing the journey that leads to stronger work.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We’re proud to hear that collaboration, transparency, and values have been consistently reflected in your experience at Infoblox. Your perspective on AI is equally important. As we continue expanding how we use these tools, we need to make sure speed does not come at the expense of judgment, context, or the craft behind the work. Thoughtful adoption requires clearer guidance, room for honest discussion, and attention to how change affects Bloxers day to day. If you have further suggestions, we encourage you to share them with your manager or the People Team.
