Pros

- Unlimited time off - Lots of free snacks and food lying around - Opportunities to change roles from mass turnover

Cons

- Company was acquired and there's no more stock. Bonuses used to be paid out every quarter - Toxic company culture and poor morale in the Santa Clara office with depressed people gossiping about who will leave next - Jobs being moved to Tacoma and Bangalore to cut costs - Brain drain and upper management has left. The quality of work has gotten worse compared to a couple of years ago - Extremely political atmosphere. Who you know matters more than what you know - Management continuously sets unrealistic deadlines on projects and burns out employees. No gratitude is shown except for free food. Guess what? Free food isn't culture - Broken promises and refusal by management to be transparent - Decisions made based on short term financial impact - Stay away from the cesspit that is the Santa Clara office. Tacoma might be better for now, but why on earth would you want to work for a company that has proven to be dishonest time and time again?

Pros

Great strategy and direction. Compensation is competitive. My experience with the executive team has been great. Most the people I work with are intelligent and amazing making it a solid work culture.

Cons

Things can be bureaucratic at times and some of the processes (and people involved) are a bit excessive for the size of the company.

Pros

Strong organization from top to bottom. The culture is a real differentiator, with collaboration clearly expected, encouraged, and supported across the business. Teams communicate well across functions, and leadership is transparent about priorities and direction. The company’s values show up in day-to-day decisions, not only in formal messaging. There is also a strong openness to new ideas and a supportive infrastructure that helps people do good work.

Cons

The company is very AI-driven, which can be a strength, but at times it feels pushed into too many processes whether or not it truly improves the work. There is a risk of moving so quickly toward AI-assisted creation that we lose some of the thinking, context, and craft behind the final output. Vibe coding and AI-enabled workflows can be helpful for speed, but when something needs to be adjusted later, the “why” behind earlier decisions is not always clear. A more balanced approach would help ensure AI supports the creative and problem-solving process rather than replacing the journey that leads to stronger work.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We’re proud to hear that collaboration, transparency, and values have been consistently reflected in your experience at Infoblox. Your perspective on AI is equally important. As we continue expanding how we use these tools, we need to make sure speed does not come at the expense of judgment, context, or the craft behind the work. Thoughtful adoption requires clearer guidance, room for honest discussion, and attention to how change affects Bloxers day to day. If you have further suggestions, we encourage you to share them with your manager or the People Team.
