Pros

A young organization full of youngsters, which brings positivity and fresh ideas. With such companies you get lot of opportunities to initiate.

Cons

1. They should seriously look into their leave policy. 12 leaves a year is something i have never dreamt of. It was a big shocker on the joining day. In general, other small/medium companies have PL between 24 and 30 and they also have other types of leaves. But in Infojini we have just 12 leaves which is far below the leave structure of any normal Indian Co. 2. No defined reporting structure and too much micro management. 3. No flexibility in work timings:Employees are given late marks even if they reach late by a min. Whereas, ideally we have to complete 9 hours. But if they sit for 9.5 or 10 hours that is not even taken into consideration.

Pros

Great communication on a monthly basis. They try to help gain a greater pay throughout your contract. Always looking out for the next contract job before the other one ends.

Cons

Only communicate with you and not the company you're working for at the time.

None. I have not yet benefited from these games that they play.

Cons

These so-called agencies with these Indian people running them are a scam and a fraud. They contact you from out of nowhere after getting your information from online and they hound you to give them all of your credentials, your BLS your diploma for your graduation references your drivers license and they do this All day calling you at all times of the day after hours even they also have you do a skills checklist and once you complete all of that, they so-call submit you for the position and then you never hear back from them again after they've been hounding you for days at a time. They have no intention on ever finding you a job opportunity. They just wanna get your personal information for their database or whatever their purposes are. Please don't fall for it.
