Pros Excellent learning platform Supporting New Ideas of Employees Overall a nice place to begin your career Excellent Training I started my career with Infojini and have completed more than 3+ years with them. I have experienced very good progression in my career from Trainee to Lead Level. Due to long term tenure, Infojini have committed me for an onsite opportunity and have already filed my USA VISA. The company expects you perform and meet your Monthly targets or if not Monthly then Quarterly targets. The Management provides the best support and team is very co-operative

Cons

Leave Policy should be improved Employee Engagement activities should be conducted more frequently. Micro Management Lack of Trust sometimes.

Pros

Great communication on a monthly basis. They try to help gain a greater pay throughout your contract. Always looking out for the next contract job before the other one ends.

Cons

Only communicate with you and not the company you're working for at the time.

None. I have not yet benefited from these games that they play.

Cons

These so-called agencies with these Indian people running them are a scam and a fraud. They contact you from out of nowhere after getting your information from online and they hound you to give them all of your credentials, your BLS your diploma for your graduation references your drivers license and they do this All day calling you at all times of the day after hours even they also have you do a skills checklist and once you complete all of that, they so-call submit you for the position and then you never hear back from them again after they've been hounding you for days at a time. They have no intention on ever finding you a job opportunity. They just wanna get your personal information for their database or whatever their purposes are. Please don't fall for it.
