Unless you were with Infojini over 3 years ago, it is inaccurate to say that we do not have any employee engagement activities. Infojini always encourages employees to think out of the box and respect every employee's ideas and suggestions. In fact, the company promotes open door policy, where employees can directly voice their opinion, share their ideas and discuss their concerns with the management. We take care of their problems and ensure it is resolved in the least possible time – what's better than this?
