Pros

Good office infrastructure. Good for freshers if you act as per whims & wishes of your mangers.

Cons

Too much dirty politics, gender discrimination and micromgmt. & Top mgmt encourages this. No HR. No employee handbook. HR policy making is in process for years, but still not finalized. So employees are helpless when harassed. Fake Commitments are made about Salary, incentives, growth & opportunities. You will soon feel cheated. No job security. They may even fire you in the middle of night with no prior notice. You will become a target if you raise some concern. Constant troubles will follow then. This is how top mgmt controls Indian employees from USA. That's why people don't stick around for long.

Pros

Great communication on a monthly basis. They try to help gain a greater pay throughout your contract. Always looking out for the next contract job before the other one ends.

Cons

Only communicate with you and not the company you're working for at the time.

None. I have not yet benefited from these games that they play.

Cons

These so-called agencies with these Indian people running them are a scam and a fraud. They contact you from out of nowhere after getting your information from online and they hound you to give them all of your credentials, your BLS your diploma for your graduation references your drivers license and they do this All day calling you at all times of the day after hours even they also have you do a skills checklist and once you complete all of that, they so-call submit you for the position and then you never hear back from them again after they've been hounding you for days at a time. They have no intention on ever finding you a job opportunity. They just wanna get your personal information for their database or whatever their purposes are. Please don't fall for it.
