Pros

- ability to work from home/ flexible hours - A lot of PTO - decent benefits - Flavia coffee machine - work/life balance - 401K

Cons

- Pay is horribly low compared to similar companies - They change the time they give annual raises. One year it may be in Jan, the next year it may be fiscal year end...basically giving them 5 extra months without giving an increase - increase percentages aren't much - moving jobs overseas (India) - they try to hire recent college grads (b/c they can pay them less)...isn't that age discrimination? - People are promoted based on the time they've been there vs the amount of good work they do

Pros

Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

Cons

Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
